Whoever you are and wherever you are on this beautiful ball we call ‘Earth' I want to connect with you and let you know that you matter to God and to me.

There is a war raging in the unseen realm for your soul - a war between the kingdom of light and the kingdom of darkness, between good and evil, between truth and error and between life and death.

In Luke 10:29 a lawyer asked Jesus, "And who is my neighbour?" In response, Jesus tells of a priest and a Levite, who seeing a man robbed and injured by thieves and left to die on the side of a road, passed him by. In contrast, a Samaritan, showed compassion and not only stopped to help him but took him to an inn to be cared for. A neighbour, according to Jesus, is one who shows mercy on those in need and does not pass them by.

More than a decade ago God inspired me to write ‘Dear Neighbour' letters. My prayer is that my words will bring hope and healing to all but especially to those who find themselves in spiritual need alongside the road of life. God has been so good to me and it is my privilege to direct your thoughts to Jesus, the lover of your soul.

You are my neighbour and I will not pass you by.

Dear Neighbour,

God is for you.  His heart is to give you every perfect gift through His Son, Jesus.  The only thing God wants to take from you is your sin – that which blocks His blessing in your life. I had great fun putting together what I call GOSPEL MATHS to help you appreciate God’s extravagant love and His intense desire for you to gain from a relationship with Him...

Dear Neighbour,

Recently I read a true story about a husband and wife, Peter and Margaret, who accompanied their daughter, Paula, and a group of children for a day in the Canadian country. It was a sunny, fun-filled day until three successive events changed their lives forever...

The Uncertainty of Life
Monday, 12 March 2012 04:20

Dear Neighbour,

I have often been troubled by the uncertainty of life and I am sure that I am not alone in this.  Life is frighteningly unpredictable.  Every hour of every day you will find individuals attempting to forecast everything from the stock market to the weather. We fear being caught unawares.

Dear Neighbour,

                 Uprooted sycamore                                Cedar replacement

Do you know what was the most quoted bible verse by American leadership at the time of the 9/11 attack? The bricks have fallen down, But we will rebuild with hewn stones; The sycamores are cut down, But we will replace them with cedars. (Isaiah 9:10) It became the flagship verse for the nation.

Dear Neighbour,

“What must I do to inherit eternal life?” is asked of Jesus by both a ruler and a lawyer. You may be wondering the same thing.
